Work to Continue. If reasonably possible, performance of obligations under the Contract must continue during mediation or legal proceedings, and no payment due or payable by the Council that is not in dispute must be withheld on account of the mediation or legal proceedings, unless so authorised by the Contractor or by this Contract.
