Work to Continue. In the case of any Dispute, Contractor shall continue to perform the Work unrelated to the dispute pending final determination of the Dispute, and ComEd shall continue to make payments to Contractor in accordance with the Agreement for those portions of the Work completed that are not the subject of Dispute.
