Work Shoe Stipend Clause Samples

Work Shoe Stipend. Effective July 1, 2020, the District will provide a stipend of $150.00 annually for purposes of purchasing work shoes to bargaining unit members assigned to Custodian, Groundskeeping and Maintenance job classifications, Delivery Driver and Student Nutrition Warehouse Lead positions. The annual stipend will be paid in the October pay warrant of each school year. Any employee hired into these job classifications after October 1of each fiscal year shall receive the $150.00 stipend in his/her first pay warrant that occurs after his/her date of hire.
