Work Request. The Judicial Council, a court, or the Contractor may identify tasks required to maintain, repair, or improve a Facility and create a Work request in CAFM for the completion of those tasks. However, the Judicial Council shall be the only entity authorized to approve Work to be performed. Work performed that is not expressly approved by the Judicial Council shall not be reimbursed.
