Work Programs. The Company has not entered into any joint venture, work program or made any other commitment or undertaking of any nature which the Company will be required to pay over the next three months that has not be disclosed in the Company Budget. The Company Budget sets out the anticipated work budget for the Company up to the Effective Date, and, other than as set out therein, the Company has not entered into any joint venture, work program or made any other obligation, commitment or undertaking of any nature.
