Common use of Work Products Clause in Contracts

Work Products. All reports, data, materials, information, and other work products (“EDA information”) prepared and developed in connection with the provision of services contemplated in this Agreement shall become the property of the EDA. Consultant may, without prior written approval of the EDA, disclose EDA information to third parties but solely in connection with the performance of its duties under this Agreement.
