Common use of Work Products Clause in Contracts

Work Products. In the event of termination, Grantee shall deliver to the Commission, as property of the Commission, all designs, reports, drawings, studies, estimates, surveys, computations, memoranda, documents and other papers or materials either furnished by the Commission or prepared by or for the Grantee under this Agreement. In addition, ownership of all designs, reports, drawings, studies, estimates, models, computations, etc. prepared under this Agreement shall vest in the Commission, at the Commission's option. The Commission reserves the right to postpone or abandon further work of the type described by this Agreement or to cause such work to be continued or completed in such manner, by such person(s), and under such terms and agreements as the Commission shall determine.
