The Work Processes Training clause establishes the requirement for employees or contractors to receive instruction on specific procedures, methods, or systems relevant to their roles. Work Processes Training. (a) Where the Employer introduces, or is required to introduce, changes to the work processes of a regular employee’s job, the Employer shall identify and provide learning opportunities, support and/or the training required to perform the work. (b) The Employer shall discuss the Employer development needs with the affected Employees. (c) Employees shall suffer no loss of pay to participate in training required by the Employer under this article. Employees shall be paid at the applicable overtime rates for training conducted outside of the Employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work.
