WORK PRACTICE REVIEW. 27.1. The provisions of this clause 27 are to be read in conjunction with sub- clause 25.3 (Roster Design – Safe Hours of Work). 27.2. Where the Association believes that a Hospital requires a Doctor to perform work in a manner that is inappropriate, it may first discuss the matter with the Hospital to resolve the issues. If no resolution can be found, the Association may refer the matter to a Board of Reference.
