Work Policy. The Contractor agrees to observe the working hours, work rules, building security measures and holiday schedule of the County, which will be provided to the Contractor upon request; provided, however, that adherence to such working hours and schedules shall not constitute justification for non-accomplishment of agreed upon schedules and deadlines.
