Work Place. 6.3.1 The Client shall provide the Manager with a well-decorated and centralized work place with an area of no less than 100 square meter, located on the Project for free. 6.3.2 The Client shall provide the Manager with all kinds of office equipment and office supplies, including but not limited to computers connected to a network, printer, duplicator, shredder, water fountain, telephone, and office furniture. 6.3.3 The Client shall provide equipment rooms and work rooms used for property management for free, with area decided based on actual demand.
