Work performed by DESIGN-BUILDER Clause Samples

Work performed by DESIGN-BUILDER. If approved in advance by CITY, the DESIGN-BUILDER and/or the Proposed Subcontractors may perform a portion of the Work for any item listed on the estimate or GMP breakdown where it is economically advantageous to CITY or advantageous to the Project schedule. CITY may require that the DESIGN-BUILDER and/or the Proposed Subcontractors submit sealed bids for such Work and that the bids be opened by CITY.
