Work Order Proposal. Upon receipt of a Work Order Request, ConsultantName shall prepare and submit a Work Order proposal to the County. Each Work Order proposal shall include the following elements: a. Scope of Work; b. Work Order Schedule; c. If Cost Plus Fixed Fee, cost proposal including Level of Effort documentation; d. If Lump Sum, payment schedule based on deliverables; e. Work Order Price; and f. Percent of participation for Certified Firms (as applicable).
