Work Order Processes. 5.2.1 PACIFIC shall ensure that all work order processes used to provision Local Service to CLEC for resale meet the service parity requirements set forth in this Agreement or its Attachments 5.2.2 Additional Service Ordering, Provisioning, Maintenance, Billing and Customer Usage Data requirements and procedures are set forth in Attachments 11.12, 13 and 14.
