Work Order Contract. No work shall commence unless a WOC has been executed for that work. A WOC is effective as of the date of the last required signature and all necessary approvals are obtained for the WOC. Unless executed or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, a WOC shall terminate when Agency has determined performance of all tasks are acceptable, deliverables have been delivered and accepted, and Contractor has been paid for Contractor’s completed Services or on the date or maximum number of hours set forth in the WOC.
Work Order Contract. All Services and compensation shall be obligated pursuant to a Work Order, which shall include: 1) a Statement of Services that will set forth the specific Services and quantity of such Services; 2) the compensation and payment schedule of such compensation (the “Total Fee”); 3) the Starting Date and Completion Date for the Services;
Work Order Contract. PENNDOT reserves the right to procure covered goods and services under this contract through another source where PENNDOT concludes that it is in the Commonwealth’s best interest to do so.
