Common use of Work on Clause in Contracts

Work on. the Project shall be substantially abandoned, or shall, by reason of the Borrower’s fault, be unreasonably delayed or discontinued for a period of ten (10) days, or construction shall be delayed for any reason whatsoever to the extent that completion of the Project cannot, in the judgment of the Lender, be accomplished prior to the Completion Date;
