Work on “ACT OF GOD. Days In the event of a “ACT OF GOD” day all regularly scheduled runs will be canceled. Individuals required to work will be paid for the actual hours worked in addition to the six (6) hour guarantee.

If an employee has taken a sick or personal day and that day is cancelled due to an ACT OF GOD, the day will be reinstated to the employee’s sick time.
