Common use of Work Locations Clause in Contracts

Work Locations. If an employee is being assigned to work in a different work location in excess of ten (10) miles and for a period of time that will exceed two consecutive biweekly pay periods, said employee must be provided notice of at least ten (10) working days in advance of the change in work location. For temporary reassignments of less than two (2) consecutive pay periods, mileage shall be paid pursuant to the County’s travel policy.
