Common use of Work in Canada Clause in Contracts

Work in Canada. (a) Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Minister, the Proponent will ensure that the Intellectual Property is exploited through the production in Canada of resulting products until the end of the Royalty Period as set out in section 2.2 of this schedule.
