Work Force Housing Program: Intentionally Deleted. The applicant agrees to participate in the City’s Work Force Housing Program in effect at the time the residential portions of the project are constructed. This development is hereby capped at no more than 3% of the units (fourteen) designated as Work Force Housing in order to provide certainty in the overall cost of project development.
