Work Duration Required. In consideration for the City providing the Training, Employee agrees to work for the City as a police officer for at least four (4) years from the date the Employee graduates from the Academy and has met all criteria needed to receive certification.
Work Duration Required. In consideration of the City’s payment of Employee’s “total training expenses” as hereafter defined, Employee agrees to work for the City as a police officer for at least (two)(three)(four) years from the date when the Employee graduates from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy and has met all criteria needed to receive certification.
Work Duration Required. In consideration for the expenditures incurred by the Employer to train the Employee on the ELDT course necessary for gaining eligibility to test to obtain a CDL license, the Employee understands and agrees that Employer is providing Employee with a benefit to enhance their skills as an Employee for the Employer, and therefore Employee expressly agrees to maintain active employment with Employer for a period of twenty-four (24) months starting from the date upon which the Employee obtains a fully valid CDL license following the successful completion of the ELDT course (The “Reimbursement Period”).
