Work Covered by the Commercial and Institutional Conditions. Shift work on the second (2nd) and third(3rd) shift on commercial and institutional work shall be in accordance with Article 11.04 except that the shift premium shall be one dollar ($1.00) per hour greater than their applicable day time rate of pay and for the life of the Agreement.
