Work Completion Certificates Sample Clauses
A Work Completion Certificates clause establishes the requirement for formal documentation verifying that contracted work has been finished according to the agreed specifications. Typically, this clause outlines the process for issuing a certificate upon completion, which may involve inspections, approvals, or sign-offs by designated parties such as project managers or clients. Its core practical function is to provide clear evidence of fulfillment of contractual obligations, thereby triggering subsequent actions like final payment or warranty periods, and reducing disputes over whether the work has been properly completed.
