Work Calendars. Content of work calendars is not negotiated. Each employee shall receive a calendar for his/her department annually, no later than the beginning of his/her contract year or within thirty (30) days of subsequent revisions. Transportation employees and Food Service Personnel will not be required to work, and will not be compensated, when students are not in session (e.g., waiver days) unless specifically requested to work by their supervisor or the Superintendent.
