Work by Owner. If the CM, within a period of three (3) business days after written notice that it is behind in a critical activity or is otherwise in default under this Agreement, shall not proceed in good faith and with reasonable speed to correct such delay or default in accordance with such notice, the Owner shall have full power and authority to take the prosecution of the Work out of the hands of the CM, to appropriate or use any or all materials and equipment at any School Project as may be suitable and acceptable, and to enter into other agreements for the completion of the Work or pursue such other methods as in the Owner's sole discretion and opinion shall be necessary or appropriate for the completion of the Work in an acceptable manner. The Owner shall have the right to perform Work, hire and employ labor and craftsmen, rent equipment, subcontract with other parties, or do anything that the Owner deems necessary or appropriate to remedy or cure any delay or default by the CM in the progress of the Work. Such action by the Owner shall not, in any way, affect, void or limit any warranty, guaranty or other responsibility of the CM under the Contract Documents. All costs incurred by the Owner in taking any such action shall be charged to the CM and deducted from any amounts remaining due under the Agreement.
Work by Owner. No work shall be conducted by Owner without the express written consent of Builder. Any work that Owner is to do shall be coordinated with the work that Builder is to do so as not to delay Builder in the performance of its work.

Work by Owner. A. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. Refer to drawings for work related to this project that will be performed by the Owner.
Work by Owner. Except for the Worker’s Compensation policy, the other insurance policies required by the Contract to be obtained by CONTRACTOR must state that OWNER, its officials, directors, employees, representatives, and volunteers are added as additional insureds with regard to operations and activities by or on behalf of the named insureds performed under contract with OWNER. The additional insured status must cover completed operations as well, and the policy covering completed work must remain in effect until the expiration of the statue of repose.
Work by Owner. Owner shall have the right to perform work related to the Project with its own forces and to award separate contracts therefor, provided such work does not interfere with the Work of Design/Builder. Owner shall not award contracts to any contractor who is not signatory to a collective bargaining agreement with a local AFL-CIO Building Trades Union without the written approval of Design/Builder. Owner will provide for the coordination of such separate work with the Work of the Design/Builder, who shall cooperate therewith. Owner shall be responsible to provide all necessary insurance for the work of such contractors. Owner agrees to cause its employees and any such separate contractors to abide by all federal, state and local safety laws and regulations and to comply with Design/Builder's safety program for the Project.
Work by Owner. A. Owner will furnish and install some portions of The Work with its own forces. Contractor will be provided with schedule of when these items are to be performed.
Work by Owner. 2.9.1 The County reserves the right to undertake or award Contracts for the performance of the same or similar type work contemplated herein, and to do so will not breach or otherwise violate the contract.
