Work After Shift Ends. 1. An employee required to work overtime beyond the end of his/her scheduled shift, shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate or one and one-half (1½) times their base hourly rate plus one and one-half (1½) times applicable shift differential for such work performed, whichever is greater.
