Work Ability Program. The Work Ability Program provides workplace opportunities to individuals with an employment action plan. The program is meant to assist individuals in developing the skills necessary for permanent employment. The program provides wage subsidies to eligible employers who are willing and able to provide job experience as defined in an individual’s employment action plan. Duration of placements may vary depending on the case plan.
