Without limiting Clause E13. 6, if at any time trading on a Relevant Exchange is suspended or halted in any CFD Underlying Instrument, the Calculation Agent shall in its sole and absolute discretion have regard to the last quoted or traded price before the time of suspension or halt in determining the Closing Value of a CFD.
