Without affecting. (i) the obligations of the User in this Condition; or (ii) limiting any right of, or indemnity in favour of, DevelopmentWA, FOR INFORMATION ONLY if any Contamination, Pollution or Environmental Harm occurs in breach of sub-condition (a), the User must do everything necessary to minimise the effect of the Contamination, Pollution or Environmental Harm as soon as reasonably practicable and must remediate any resultant damage and harm, to the reasonable satisfaction of DevelopmentWA and in compliance with any Environmental Notice or Environmental Law.
