Withholding and Certificates. If any payment to be made to Company under this Agreement is subject to reduction by reason of a required deduction or withholding of any Tax, Customer agrees to pay Company such further amount as may be necessary so that the aggregate net amount received by Company deduction or withholding of any Tax, is the same amount as would have been received by Company had been no requirement to deduct or withhold any Tax. 7.1.3

  • Withholding, Etc The payment of any Salary and bonus hereunder shall be subject to applicable withholding and payroll taxes, and such other deductions as may be required by law or the Company's employee benefit plans.
