Common use of Withdrawals and Distributions in General Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals and Distributions in General. No Partner shall be entitled to (i) receive distributions from the Partnership, except as provided in Section 5.05 and Section 6.02 or (ii) withdraw any amount from a Capital Account, except as provided in Section 5.02, or upon the consent of, and upon such terms as may be determined by, the Managing General Partner in its sole discretion.

Withdrawals and Distributions in General. No Partner shall be entitled to (i) to receive distributions from the Partnership, except as provided in Section 5.05 Sec. 4.04 and Section 6.02 Sec. 7.02; or (ii) to withdraw any amount from a his or its Capital AccountAccount other than upon his or its withdrawal from the Partnership, except as provided in Section 5.02, Sec. 4.02 or upon the consent of, and upon such terms as may be determined by, of the Managing General Partner in its sole discretion.
