Withdrawal Rights Not Exercised. (1) Contributions Made Annually --------------------------- If the Executive does not exercise any withdrawal rights pursuant to Subsection 2.2, such annual Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall continue each year, unless this Subsection 2.1(b) specifically states otherwise, until the earlier of (i) the last Plan Year that Contributions are required pursuant to Exhibit A, or (ii) the Plan Year of the Executive's termination of employment.
