Withdrawal; Return of Capital. Except as specifically provided herein, the Member shall not be entitled to any distributions from the Company or to withdraw any part of the Member’s Capital Contribution prior to the Company’s dissolution and liquidation or, when such withdrawal of capital is permitted, to demand distribution of property other than money. The Member shall not be entitled to interest on its Capital Contribution.
