Common use of Withdrawal Procedure Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Procedure. A Party may withdraw from this Agreement by giving written notice of intent to withdraw to the other Parties. A Party that intends to withdraw from this Agreement shall endeavour to give 12 months notice of intent to withdraw to the other Parties. A Party that intends to withdraw from this Agreement shall endeavour to match the effective date of withdrawal with the end of a compliance period. Withdrawal from this Agreement does not end a Party's obligations under article 15 regarding confidentiality of information, which continue to remain in effect. If a Party withdraws, the Agreement shall remain in force for the remaining Parties.
