Common use of Withdrawal Period Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1, 2006, for Eligible Expenditures.

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that that: (i) withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 USD20,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1, 2006, for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under Category (5); and (ii) withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed USD10,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1, 2006 for Eligible Expenditures under Category (7).

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section above, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this AgreementSignature Date, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 the equivalent of SDR 728,000 may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November January 1, 20062020, for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under Category (1).

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 80,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this the date hereof but on or after November 1March 23, 2006, 2007 for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under Category (1).

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 300,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1February 15, 20062008, for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under Categories (1) and (2).

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section no withdrawal shall be made made: for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 15,000,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1April 30, 2006, for Eligible Expenditures.Expenditures under Category (1)(a);

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 20,000,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November April 1, 20062009, for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under the Project.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section above, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this AgreementSignature Date, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed eleven million United States Dollars ($1,000,000 equivalent 11,000,000) may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November January 1, 20062020, for Eligible ExpendituresExpenditures under Category (1).

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 SDR 6,440,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November February 1, 2006, 2010 for Eligible Expenditures.
