Withdrawal and Return of Capital. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, including Section 8.1 with respect to distributions of Net Cash Flow and Section 8.2 with respect to distributions of other property, no Member shall be entitled to withdraw any part of such Member’s Capital Contribution or Capital Account, if any, or to receive any distribution from the Company.
