Common use of Withdrawal and/or Re Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal and/or Re. Submission SOQs may be withdrawn at any time, and resubmitted, prior to the applicable deadline for submission thereof. If this occurs, only the resubmitted SOQ will be evaluated. SOQs may not be withdrawn after the applicable deadline for receipt thereof.
