Common use of With Respect to the REIT Clause in Contracts

With Respect to the REIT. (a) The REIT shall not own any material assets or engage in any line of business other than the ownership of the partnership interests described in Section 4.2(o) and as otherwise permitted under Section 7.1(a) and Section 8.8.

With Respect to the REIT. (a) The REIT shall not own any material assets or engage in any line of business other than the ownership of the common shares, preferred shares and partnership interests described in Section 4.2(o) and as otherwise permitted under Section 7.1(a) and Section 8.85.02(o).
