Wireless Subscribers. The Borrower and the Operating Subsidiaries will not permit Wireless Subscribers at the end of any calendar quarter ending on any of the dates set forth in Schedule 10.7 to be less than the amount set forth opposite such date on such Schedule.

  • Subscribers identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, general, occupation or other demographic information, address, title, contact details, including email address), personal interests or preferences (including purchase history, marketing preferences and publically available social media profile information); IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Resellers Does the vendor have resellers that it will name under this contract? Resellers are defined as other companies that sell your products under an agreement with you, the awarded vendor of TIPS. No Pricing discount percentage are guaranteed for? Does the vendor agrees to honor the proposed pricing discount percentage off regular catalog (as defined in the RFP document), website, store or shelf pricing for the term of the award? YES

  • ADVERTISERS Any correspondence or business dealings with, or the participation in any promotions of, advertisers located on or through our Services, which may include the payment and/or delivery of such related goods and/or Services, and any such other term, condition, warranty and/or representation associated with such dealings, are and shall be solely between you and any such advertiser. Moreover, you herein agree that XS Power Batteries shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any nature or manner incurred as a direct result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on our website. LINKS Either XS Power Batteries or any third parties may provide links to other websites and/or resources. Thus, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and as such, we do not endorse nor are we responsible or liable for any content, products, advertising or any other materials, on or available from such third party sites or resources.   • Mobile Subscriber Information You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account, such as subscriber status, payment method and device details, if available, to support identity verification, fraud avoidance and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes.
