Common use of Winter Recess Clause in Contracts

Winter Recess. In Years 1 and 2 of this Agreement, departments that are able to close (or Division(s) if entire Department is unable to close) between December 25, 2011 and January 1, 2012, and December 25, 2012 and January 1, 2013, shall close to minimize the County’s carbon footprint.
