Common use of Winner Selection Clause in Contracts

Winner Selection. One (1) selected entrant will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, which draw will take place on January 16, 2017 at the Bradford Topic office located at Metroland Media Group Ltd., ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇., Newmarket, L3Y 6Z2. The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email by a representative of the Sponsor on the day of the draw, and must reply within 72 hours to maintain eligibility. In order to be eligible to win, the selected entrants must correctly answer a four-part, time limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within the above mentioned time period or fails to respond to any attempted contact, or if the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill- testing question, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random
