Winner Selection. On Friday, July 11, 2025, the Organizer will select a winner from the submissions by random drawing. The winner will be final and is not subject to appeal or additional review. The winner will be notified by Visit Bentonville via Instagram Direct Message and tagged in the caption of the post, and the Organizer will ask for the full name, and email address as the means of providing the prize to the winner. Any potential winner who does no claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted first notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of their prizes. The Organizer is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk. Nor shall the Organizer be liable for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Receipt of the prize (offered in the Sweepstakes) by the winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE ORGANIZER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Winner Selection. The winner will be selected from a random drawing of all valid entries received prior to January 12, 2015. The Sponsor shall notify the winner via the e-mail address provided by the entrant on the entry form. The winner may be required to show identification to claim the prize.

Winner Selection. Nominees must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered as a finalist and to win. Tricentis will select for each Awards category from the pool of finalists a winner based on—but not limited to—the following criteria: compelling nature of the business challenge, efficiency and effectiveness of continuous testing processes; demonstrated commitment to organizational alignment and collaboration; demonstrated leadership in new product or process introduction and innovation; effective use of the Tricentis Platform, customer ROI or KPIs. Winners are announced October 12-14,2021 during Tricentis Virtual Summit and online. If a nominee either cannot be contacted or the nominee does not confirm acceptance of the Awards nomination, Tricentis may select another finalist from the pool of eligible nominees. Tricentis shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notifications.

Winner Selection. 5.1. The winners will be drawn at random by an automated process or a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received.
5.2. For each prize draw, a digital file will be prepared to contain all the entries that meet the requirements and/or conditions of these Terms. For example, if a User deposits and invests 1 500 euros, during a week of the campaign period, this counts as three (3) entries to that week’s prize draw.
5.3. For each prize draw, there will be two prize winners. Entrants cannot win more than one prize during the Campaign.
5.4. Each prize draw will take place on the following business day after each end of the period as described in clause 3.1.
5.5. All Investments of entrants will be included in all the weekly prize draws, taking into account the restriction in clause 5.2.
Winner Selection. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be judged by a panel of judges (one (1) from Canadian Tire and two (2) from Metroland) based on the following three (3) criteria fulfilled in the

Each Entry will be judged on originality, clarity, composition and quality of the image, and content most in keeping with the theme of the Contest. The weighting of each criteria is as follows: • Originality: 25% • Consistent with Contest Theme: 25% • Clarity and Quality of Written Response and Image: 25% • Overall Impression: 25% The eligible Entry with the highest point score will be determined as the potential Grand Prize Winner, and the three (3) eligible submissions with the next highest point scores will each be determined as a potential Runner Up Prize Winner (the Grand Prize Winner and the Runner Up Prize Winners collectively, “Winners”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Grand Prize Winner and each potential Runner Up Prize Winner will be declared the official Winners of the Contest.
