WINDOW CLEANING. 30.1 Tenant will not clean any window in the Demised Premises from the outside (within the meaning of Section 202 of the New York Labor Law or any successor statute thereto). Tenant hereby indemnifies Landlord against liability as a result of any violation of the foregoing.

WINDOW CLEANING. 30.1 Section 23.01. Tenant will not clean require, permit, suffer or allow the cleaning of any window in the Demised Premises from the outside (within the meaning of Section 202 of the New York Labor Law or and successor statute thereto) unless the equipment and safety devices required by all applicable provisions of law including Section 202 of the New York Labor Law or any successor statute thereto), or the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals are provided and used. Tenant hereby indemnifies Landlord against liability as a result of the Tenant's requiring, permitting, suffering or allowing any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of the foregoingany applicable rule, regulation or provision of law.
