Wholly Obtained and Minimal Operations or Processes. The Technical Committee shall develop harmonized definitions of: - the goods that are to be considered as being wholly obtained in one country. This work shall be as detailed as possible; - minimal operations or processes that do not by themselves confer origin to a good. The results of this work shall be submitted to the Committee within three months of receipt of the request from the Committee.
