3.1 Service model Sub-contracting any part of the spec is not allowed, all practitioners must be verified by Spectrum as meeting the essential criteria. The service will develop innovative technological approaches (such as PACS and other diagnostic technologies) to link with other providers to assess patients. The provider will develop relationships with other local stakeholders as part of the development and promotion of the MIU service; this will include local businesses and local schools. The provider will utilise existing, or form new, local community representative groups to assist with service improvement and developments.
