While on Extended Clause Samples

The "While on Extended" clause defines the terms and conditions that apply when a contract, service, or coverage period is extended beyond its original end date. Typically, this clause outlines any changes to obligations, fees, or responsibilities that come into effect during the extension period, such as adjusted payment rates or modified service levels. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand their rights and duties during the extended timeframe, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining continuity of service or coverage.
