Common use of While Employed Clause in Contracts

While Employed. a. Employee shall perform the duties of the Position faithfully and to the best of Employee’s ability at the principal offices of the Company or in such locations as may be designated from time to time by the Company or as may be necessary to fulfill the duties of the Position, except for reasonable travel in connection with the Company’s business incident to the performance of Employee’s duties. Such duties shall include, but not be limited to, such duties as may be reasonably specified from time to time by the Board of Directors or the CEO of the Company. Employee shall report to the CEO of the Company, or as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
