Common use of Where the Programme Default is Clause in Contracts

Where the Programme Default is. 5.5.1 an occurrence specified in Condition 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.1.8, 5.1.9 and/or Condition 5.1.13, the GLA shall be entitled forthwith and without any liability to the Grant Recipient terminate the Agreement;

Where the Programme Default is. 5.5.1 an occurrence specified in Condition any of Conditions 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.1.8, 5.1.9 5.1.9, 5.1.10 and/or Condition 5.1.135.1.14, the GLA shall be entitled forthwith and without any liability to the Grant Recipient terminate the Agreement;

Where the Programme Default is. 5.5.1 6.5.1 an occurrence specified in Condition 5.1.36.1.3, 5.1.46.1.4, 5.1.86.1.8, 5.1.9 6.1.9, 6.1.10, 6.1.14 and/or Condition 5.1.13, 6.1.17 the GLA shall subject to Condition 6.9 be entitled forthwith and without any liability to the Grant Recipient any Consortium Member to terminate the Agreement;

Where the Programme Default is. 5.5.1 an occurrence specified in Condition 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.1.8, 5.1.9 5.1.9, 5.1.10, and/or Condition 5.1.135.1.14, the GLA shall be entitled forthwith and without any liability to the Grant Recipient terminate the Agreement;
