Where only one Tendered Capability Breakpoint is tendered, for leading or lagging Mvar as the case may be, then the values of TQ2 and TQ3 shall be deemed to be null for the purposes of calculating payments for capability and utilisation and no additional payments for capability will fall due and payable in respect of a Despatch Unit for the provision of Reactive Power capability above Tendered Capability Breakpoint TQ1.
