Common use of Where Non Clause in Contracts

Where Non. associated Gas has been discovered in the Contract Area and Licensee has not pursuant to paragraph 7.2 given in respect of the Discovery a notice to the Commissionerfor the purpose of Section 18(1)(a) of the Act, the Parties shall, unless the provisions of Section 18(1)(b) of the Act are otherwise applicable, as soon as possible after completion by Licensee of an appraisal programme, or sooner if so agreed, meet together with a view to reaching an agreement on the development, production, processing and sale of such gas.

Where Non. associated Gas has been discovered in the Contract Area and Licensee has not pursuant to paragraph 7.2 given in respect of the Discovery a notice to the Commissionerfor the Minister for (he purpose of paragraph A of the proviso to Section 18(1)(a17(1)(b) of the Act, the Parties shall, unless the provisions of Section 18(1)(b) paragraph B of the Act such proviso are otherwise applicable, as soon as possible after completion by Licensee of an appraisal programme, or sooner if so agreed, meet together with a view to reaching an agreement on the development, production, processing and sale of such gas.
